These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services provided by MINWEXRY ("we", "us"). By using the website or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide website design and development, ecommerce development, SEO and related services. The scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed with you in writing (email or WhatsApp counts) before work begins.

2. Pricing and payments

Plan prices shown on this website, including discounted prices, may change for new customers and may vary with your requirements. Payments are made by the methods shown on our payment page, such as a UPI QR code. After paying, you must submit your full name and transaction ID through the verification form.

3. Coupon codes

We may share coupon codes on our social media. A valid coupon reduces the amount payable by up to ₹1,000, may not be combined with other offers, has no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. The amount you submit in the verification form must match the discounted amount shown on the payment page, and we may refuse a coupon that is used incorrectly.

4. Payment verification

We verify payments manually. Verification normally takes 24-48 hours, and we confirm by email or WhatsApp. Work is scheduled after verification. We may ask for additional proof of payment if the details submitted do not match our records.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, text, images and logos in good time.
• Confirm that you own or have permission to use the content you give us.
• Review work promptly and give clear feedback. Delays in feedback may delay delivery.

6. Revisions and delivery

Each plan includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, as agreed in the project scope. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on timely content and feedback.

7. Ownership

Once the full agreed payment is received and verified, you own the final website files delivered to you. We keep the right to reuse general techniques, code patterns and tools that are not specific to your business, and to show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting, payment gateways or email providers. Those services have their own terms and fees, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

9. Refunds

Refund eligibility is agreed in writing before a project starts. In general, payments for work already started or delivered are not refundable. If we cannot start your project, we will refund the amount you paid. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

10. Donations

Donations made through our donate page are voluntary gifts that support our work. They do not purchase services and do not create any obligation for either party.

11. Limitation of liability

We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as search rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use our services or website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes, or attempt to disrupt the website or its security.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts at our registered location in India.
